The customer must fill out a credit application to be approved by the department of accounting services. Interest charges may be applied to a delinquent account. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and bank transfer are accepted.
Shipping
All goods are shipped prepaid and charge. Loomis Express (Across Canada) or collect with the carrier of your choice.
Dangerous Goods
The goods classified hazardous materials are subject to a transport overhead 27 $
Claim
Despite our efforts, we can not guarantee the delivery of your order in good condition. We disclaim all responsibilities from transport companies when they pick up your goods in our warehouse. If you receive a damaged box, please sign damage and contact the freight company for the claim.
Back Orders
We do not send back orders. All back ordered items must be reordered at a later date.
